What We Do
Olive Cultivation
Every year, between the months of October and December, our community starts cultivating its olives. Selected Olives go for cold-pressing.
Cold-Pressing and Extraction
The olives are then taken to the extraction facility, where abiding by the highest production and hygienic standards, we extract the oil from the olives.
Bottle The Oil
We bottle the oil and start the process of delivering the highest quality Extra-Virgin Olive Oil to your food table anywhere in the world.
